Products and Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, sizing and photographs accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on screens, photography and manufacturing processes.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, withdraw products, correct errors or cancel an order where a genuine pricing, inventory or technical error has occurred.

Pricing

All prices displayed in New Zealand dollars include GST unless otherwise stated.

International customers may be responsible for additional duties, taxes or customs charges.

Payment

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.

Pre-orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and may change because of production, freight, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a product is clearly identified as a pre-order, customers acknowledge that delivery will take longer than an in-stock purchase.

All Cuzy T and Aotea Collective names, logos, artwork, graphics, photography, garment designs and other original material appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law. New Zealand online purchases generally receive the same core consumer protections as purchases made in-store.
