Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

* unworn and unused
* unwashed
* in its original condition
* returned with all original tags attached
* accompanied by proof of purchase

Change-of-mind returns are at the purchaser’s expense. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Cuzy T / Aotea Collective, including any return postage or courier charges.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning an item, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in transit before reaching us.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and certain personal-use products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sale, clearance, customised or personalised items may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet your rights under New Zealand consumer law, please contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this change-of-mind policy.
