Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 Business Days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email of confirmation, along with tracking a number(s).
Orders may not ship within 2-5 Business Days due to stock issues, lack of order information or billing delays.
Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
Express Domestic Shipping: 2 Business Days
Standard International Shipping: 10-20 Business Days
Express International Shipping: 4-8 Business Days
Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
– Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
– Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
– A product is currently out of stock.
– An order that requires special customisation.
– An order that is shipped to a remote country.
In the rare case you’re not 100% satisfied with your product(s), you may return it(them) for a full refund or exchange it(them) for the same product(s) within 10 days of your product(s) being received. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In the case that you receive a defective product we will support the return costs to our warehouse. If the product(s) is returned for any other reason than the aforementioned, you will support the cost of returning the product(s).
To return a product follow 4 simple steps:
- Contact us at email@example.com. Please include 2-4 pictures of the product(s) along with your reason for the return. Include your order number in the email subject (e.g. #1234).
- Once you receive our return address via email, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice. We require tracking numbers for all returns.
- Provide us the tracking number for the return.
- Once your product is returned to our warehouse you will have the amount refunded. Please allow 5-7 Business Days for the funds to appear in your account.
