Where is my order?
Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-5 business days. We’re not just creators of exceptional streetwear, we’re fans too. So we understand how important it is to process and send out your new Cuzy T merchandise as quick as possible. Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes. Once you have placed your online order you will be redirected to a confirmation screen showing what you have purchased, how much it cost, and your delivery options.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
- Express Domestic Shipping: 2 Business Days
- Standard International Shipping: 10-20 Business Days
- Express International Shipping: 4-8 Business Days
This confirmation is not an indication that your order has been processed.
Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase and your order. We will provide you with your unique tracking reference number.
You can click on your reference number to visit the courier’s website where you can track the progress of your delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?
For Australian orders: Express orders will be received in 2 Business Days and Standard orders within 2-5 Business Days.
For New Zealand orders: Express orders will be received in 4-8 Business Days and Standard orders within 1-3 weeks.

How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you may return it for a full refund, or an exchange for the same product, within 10 days of your product being received. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit so you may choose another product.
You may also return your product if it is defective. In this case we will support the return costs to our warehouse.
If the product is returned for any other reason, you will support the cost of returning it.
To return a product follow these 4 simple steps:
1. Contact us at Contact@cuzyt.com.au. Please include 2-4 pictures of the product(s) along with your reason for the return. Include your order number in the email subject (e.g. #1234).
2. Once you receive our return address via email, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice. We require tracking numbers for all returns.
3. Provide us the tracking number for the return.
4. Once your product is returned to our warehouse you will have the amount refunded. Please allow 5-7 Business Days for the funds to appear in your account.

I have sent back my item for return, have you received it?
We require tracking numbers for all returns and recommend using tracked postage to ensure your product gets to us safely.
Once your return has been confirmed with our warehouse please allow 5-7 Business Days for refunds to appear in your account.
